随着城市轨道交通网络的快速发展,站务管理面临着人员繁多、业务复杂等问题,传统的站务管理模式已不能满足运营单位的管理需求,有必要建设站务管理信息化平台,辅助运营单位进行站务管理。介绍国内轨道交通运营单位站务管理信息化情况,对站务信息化管理平台建设规划、主要功能和应具备的特性提出建议。

With the rapid development of urban rail transit,the station management is facing many problems,such as a large number of personnel,complex business.The traditional station management mode can no longer meets the management requirements of operation companies.It is necessary to build an information platform to assist operation companies in station management.This paper introduces the information situation of station management among domestic operation companies,and offers suggestions on the construction planning,main functions and characteristics of station information management platform.
