服务高铁产业升级发展是轨道交通类高职院校的历史使命和责任。为进一步提升服务产业升级发展的能力,轨道交通类高职院校可以运用SWOT分析,立足自身在产教融合、招生就业、职业培训上的优势,直面人才培养针对性不足、技术创新服务水平低下、资源整合力度不大等短板,紧抓“双高计划”和高铁大发展的机遇,应对职业教育发展和高铁产业转型升级的挑战,综合制定发展战略。

It is the historical mission and responsibility of rail transit vocational colleges to serve the upgrading and development of high-speed railway industry.To further promote the ability of serving industry upgrading,SWOT analysis should be carried out by rail transit higher vocational colleges.Colleges are supposed to make a formulate comprehensive development strategies based on their advantages in teaching fusion,the enrolment and employment,vocational training,etc.,being honest about their weakness like that talent training is not targeted enough,technical innovation service level is low,resource integration is not strong,seizing their opportunities of"Double High plan"and high speed rail development,and fight against their outside threats of the development of vocational education and high iron industry transformation.
