The Dilemma and Countermeasures of Volunteer Service Practice Education in College

志愿服务是高校实践育人体系构建的重要内容及有效载体,在高校思想政治教育工作的开展、大学生人格完善及能力形成方面发挥着重要作用。目前高校志愿服务工作处于起步阶段并且存在许多问题,为此高校应重视大学生志愿服务工作,搭建志愿服务活动平台,丰富志愿服务活动形式,完善高校志愿服务机制,以构建高校实践育人常态化体系。

Voluntary service is an important content and effective carrier for the construction of practical education system in colleges which plays an important role in the development of ideological and political education as well as the improvement of college students′personality and the formation of their abilities.At present,college volunteer service is still in the early stage and there are many problems.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach importance to college students′volunteer service,build a platform for volunteer service activities,enrich the forms of volunteer service activities,and improve the mechanism of college volunteer service,so as to build a normalized system of college practice education.
