摘要
课程统整是个含义丰富的概念,综合课程的设计是其在中小学落地的重要路径,它们共同服务于学生发展核心素养的落实。然而,长期以来我们的学校组织结构、学校组织制度和学校组织文化建设却是与分科课程、学科课程相适应的,欲让课程统整理念在中小学真正实现,需要激发教师的课程创造力,建设扁平、联通、分布、创新的学校组织结构,形成制度与文化相得益彰的学校管理系统。
Curriculum integration is a concept with rich connotations,and the design of integrated curriculum is an important path for its implementation in primary and secondary schools.They jointly serve the implementation of the core accomplishment of students’development.However,the organizational structure,organizational system and organizational cultural construction in our schools haven’t been adapted to the subject curriculum for a long time.In order to truly realize the concept of curriculum integration in primary and secondary schools,teachers’curriculum creativity should be stimulated,a flat,connected,distributed and innovative school organization structure should be built,and a school management system in which the system and culture complement each other should be established.
