Building a well-off society in an all-round way is the Communist Party of China’s strategic goal in the first 20 years of the 21st century,and it is also the theme of the times for building socialism with Chinese characteristics in contemporary times.In the past 20 years,focusing on the realization of the first centenary goal,the CPC has strengthened its leadership,continued to strive,developed creatively and carried out a blueprint to the end,which is about to complete the key step of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Reviewing and summarizing this process,the CPC,in order to meet the people’s new expectations for a better life,has continuously innovated in the theory and practice of building a well-off society in an all-round way in terms of construction basis,construction indicators,development concepts,strategic measures,acceptance methods and construction positioning.This has greatly enriched the Marxist theory of social development,and has also accumulated the valuable experience for building a great modern socialist country in an all-round way and realizing the second centenary goal.
