山豆根中的苯丙素苷类成分 被引量:3

Phenylpropanoid glycosides from Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma

摘要 采用大孔吸附树脂、MCI、二醇、凝胶、C18等多种色谱分离方法,从山豆根水提物中,分离得到3个苯丙素苷类化合物(1~3);使用IR,UV,MS,NMR等波谱技术鉴定了其平面结构,使用量子化学计算的方法确定了化合物1苷元的绝对构型。化合物1~3的结构分别鉴定为:(8R)-3-(4-羟苯基)-1-丙醇-2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),刺楸素D(2),(E)-4-羟基肉桂醇-4-O-[2′-O-β-D-呋喃芹糖基(1″→2′)]-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)。其中化合物1为新化合物,化合物2,3为首次从槐属植物中发现。 Three phenylpropanoid glycosides were purified by extensive chromatographic techniques including column chromatography over microporous resin, MCI, diol, sephadex LH-20, reverse phase C18 from water-extracts of Sophorae Tonkinensis Radix et Rhizoma. Their planar structures were elucidated by combination of various spectroscopic method, such as IR, UV, MS, and NMR. The absolute configuration of aglycone was determined by quantum chemical calculations. Their structures were elucidated as(8R)-3-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-propanol-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(1), kalopanaxin D(2),(E)-4-hydroxycinnamyl alcohol 4-O-[2′-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl(1″→2′)]-β-D-glucopyranoside(3). Compound 1 was undescribed previously. Compounds 2 and 3 were firstly isolated from Sophora genus.
