近十年来我国乡村教师队伍建设研究的热点、演进与展望--基于CNKI数据库的Citespace软件可视化分析 被引量:1

摘要 基于CNKI数据库收录的乡村教师队伍建设研究文献,对近十年来我国乡村教师队伍建设研究成果进行可视化分析,发现乡村教师队伍建设研究文献数量逐年攀升,研究机构以师范院校为主,且呈现专业性特点,但尚未形成核心作者群。通过关键词共现时区视图和关键词突显图发现,2018年是乡村教师队伍建设研究的最热年份,其中“师德师风”“教师编制”等关键词突显强度最强;2019年至今研究焦点转为“专业发展”;未来一段时间内将会关注乡村教师的“乡土情怀”。综观整个研究过程,乡村教师队伍建设研究历经宏观理念阐释、中观体系构建以及微观路径探寻三个阶段;后续研究需要加强教师教育一体化政策创新研究,强化本土化乡村教师队伍建设的特色研究,深化乡村教师队伍建设操作化路径研究。 Based on the research literature on the construction of rural teachers in CNKI database,this paper makes a visual analysis of the research results on the construction of rural teachers in China since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.It is found that the number of research literature on the construction of rural teachers is increasing year by year,and the research institutions are mainly normal colleges and universities with professional characteristics,but the core author group has not yet been formed.Through the keyword co-occurrence time zone view and keyword highlight map,it is found that 2018 is the hottest year for the research on the construction of rural teachers,in which the highlight intensity of keywords such as"teachers'morality and style"and"teachers'establishment"is the strongest;since 2019,the research focus has turned to"professional development";in the future,it will focus on the"local feelings"of rural teachers.Looking at the whole research process,the research on Rural Teachers'team construction has gone through three stages:macro concept interpretation,meso system construction and micro path exploration;the follow-up research needs to strengthen the policy innovation research on the integration of teacher education,strengthen the characteristic research on the construction of localized rural teachers'team,and deepen the operational path research of rural teachers'team construction.
