高职院校档案信息化管理的问题与对策研究

Problems and Countermeasures of Archives Information Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

信息化的高速发展,推动了各行各业的革新发展。但高职院校档案的管理,因为存量小、重视度不够、专业人才培养偏弱等原因,存在着管理模式还是依赖于低效的传统人工、信息技术的应用只停留于日常办公、档案专业人才及信息化人才配置不合理等因素,制约了高职院校档案信息化的发展。文章分析了高职院校档案信息化的现状,并提出提升档案从业人员信息化素养,增加软硬件构建信息化环境,引入区块链技术筑好档案的安全网,建立信息化人才梯队等对策。

With the rapid development of information technology, archives gradually show its great value. However, due to the small amount, lack of attention, less professional training and some other reasons, there are some problems in the management of archives in higher vocational colleges, such as relying much on labors, information technology restricted in office use, unreasonable personnel allocation. These problems prevent the development of archives information in Higher Vocational colleges. This paper analyzes the common problems of archives informatization in higher vocational colleges and puts forward some countermeasures. We should improve the information literacy of archives staff, increase software and hardware, build an information environment, introduce blockchain technology, set up a good file security network, and establish an information talent echelon.
