探讨临床带教路径结合案例教学法在肝胆外科实习带教中的应用价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨临床带教路径结合案例教学法在肝胆外科实习带教中的应用价值。方法选择我科2017年5月~2018年5月护理实习生30名为对照组,选择2018年6月~2019年5月护理实习生30名为研究组;研究组实施带教路径结合临床案例带教,限期完成实习计划。对照组实施传统带教。结果研究组护生出科考试成绩、带教满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对肝胆外科护生实施临床路径结合临床案例带教可明确教学目标、避免教与学的盲目性、规范带教流程、教学内容系统全面、临床案例客观真实,可提高护生的带教质量,增加护生的满意度,使护生更好地掌握理论知识和实践技能。 Objective To explore the application value of clinical teaching path combined with case teaching method in hepatobiliary surgery practice teaching. Methods 30 nursing interns in our department from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected as control group and 30 nursing interns from June 2018 to May 2019 were selected as research group. The research group implemented the teaching path combined with clinical cases and completed the internship plan within a time limit. The control group was given traditional teaching. Results The scores of examination and satisfaction of teaching of nursing students in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical path combined with clinical case teaching for nursing students of hepatobiliary surgery can clarify teaching objectives, avoid blindness of teaching and learning, standardize teaching process, have comprehensive teaching content and objective and true clinical cases. It can improve the quality of teaching, increase the satisfaction of nursing students, and enable nursing students to better grasp theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
