摘要
一院多址门诊管理存在如何实现同质化门诊医疗服务、门诊人力资源调配等诸多难点问题。文章以某三级甲等医院一院三址为例,探索在管理模式、人员培训、门诊的出诊管理、门诊质量检查、门诊环境设施、制度流程的落实、急救药品、物品及仪器设备管理、门诊业务及管理信息平台等方面实现统一同质化管理。两年来,患者满意度得到提升,但同时也存在一定问题需要进一步完善。
As to multi-site hospital outpatient service management,we are faced with many problems,such as,how to provide homogeneous outpatient medical service and how to allocate medical human resources properly.Based on facts and efforts of a third-level grade A hospital,the paper aims to give practical solutions in achieving homogeneous management of outpatient service,in terms of management mode,personnel training,outpatient service process management,outpatient service process quality control,outpatient service environmental facilities,implementation of systematic process,management of first-aid medicine,supplies,instruments and equipment,and construction of outpatient service and management information platform.In recent two years,much practical experience has been accumulated,and patients'satisfaction has been to a higher level.However,improvements are needed in certain aspects.
