脊柱手术患者应用术中保温护理措施的临床价值

On the Clinical Value of Intraoperative Thermal Insulation Nursing in the Nursing of Patients Undergoing Spinal Surgery

目的分析在脊柱手术患者的护理中采用术中保温护理的临床应用价值。方法选取2018年1月~2019年12月脊柱手术患者68例,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组各34例。对照组采取一般护理,研究组在对照组的基础上实施术中保温护理干预措施。比较两组患者在两种干预方法中的总满意度以及术后身体康复情况。结果统计分析结果显示研究组患者总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),康复效果也高于对照组(P<0.05).结论在脊柱手术患者的护理中应用术中保温护理干预措施具有较高的患者满意度及术后恢复效果,该护理干预技术值得临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of intraoperative thermal insulation nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing spinal surgery. Methods The study period was from January 2018 to December2019. A total of 68 patients with spinal surgery were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group took general nursing. The study group implemented intraoperative thermal insulation nursing intervention besides general nursing. The total satisfaction and postoperative physical recovery of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction of the patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). The postoperative rehabilitation effect of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of intraoperative thermal insulation nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with spinal surgery has a high degree of satisfaction, and effectively improve the postoperative recovery effect, so the intraoperative thermal insulation nursing intervention is worth promoting.
