摘要
本文在研究了食品安全抽样实践经验的基础上,结合《食品安全抽样检验管理办法》、《国家食品安全监督抽检实施细则》等法规的要求,对食品安全抽样人员的职业素质提出了建议,为培养具备专业职业素养的食品安全抽检人员提供参考意见。
Based on the study of food safety sampling practice experience,combined with the requirements of"Sampling Inspection Food Safety Management Measures","National Food Safety Supervision and Sampling Inspection Implementation Rules"and other laws and regulations,this paper puts forward suggestions on the professional quality of food safety sampling personnel,and provides reference for training food safety sampling personnel with professional professionalism.
