重庆市合川区白内障防盲工作策略初探

Preliminary Study on Cataract Treatment Strategies in Chongqing Hechuan District

目的调查重庆市合川区65岁及以上农村人群年龄相关性白内障患病率和手术覆盖率情况,为下一步我区防盲工作提供政策依据。方法2017年1-12月采用随机抽取20个抽样单位>65岁人群3122名进行调查,采用统一眼科检查和问卷表,检查包括视力表检查,裂隙灯检查,非接触眼压测量,直接检眼镜眼底检查,前置镜检查和问卷知晓接受白内障手术时间,手术方式,术后并发症等情况。结果重庆市合川区65岁及以上农村人群年龄相关性白内障患病率患病率为63.61%,其患病率随年龄增长明显上升,差距有统计学意义。白内障手术覆盖率为60.97%,70-79岁人群和80-89岁人群,80-89岁人群和90岁以上人群相比差异均有统计学意义。结论白内障作为全国眼病致盲原因的首位,降低老年人生活质量,增加家庭负担,引起多种社会问题。可以在加强数据收集,完善工作机制,提高基层眼科的学科建设水平,促进白内障手术换代升级,加强科普宣传等方面努力,使得防盲治盲工作更上新台阶。

Objetive To investigate the prevalence and age coverage of age-related cataract in rural population aged 65 years and over in Hechuan District of Chongqing City,and to provide policy basis for the next step in the prevention of blindness in our district.Methods From January to December 2017,a random sample of 20 units over 65 years old was selected from 3,122 people for investigation.identical ophthalmc examination and questionnaire were used.The examination included visual acuity chart examination,slit lamp examination,non-contact intraocular pressure measurement,direct ophthalmoscope fundus examination,anterior lens examination and questionnaire to know the time of cataract surgery,operation method and postoperative complications.Results The prevalence rate of age-related cataract was 63.61%in the rural 65-year old and above population in Hechuan District of Chongqing.The prevalence rate was 56.32%at age 65-69,77.42%at age 70~79,86.52%at age 80~89,and 100%at age 90 or above.The prevalence rate increases obviously with age.Cataract surgery coverage rate was 60.97%,60.22%for patients aged 65 to 69,68.90%for patients aged 70 to 79,45.78%for patients aged 80 to 89,and 33.33%for patients aged 90 and over.Conclusion In order to improve the ability about Treat cataracts,We need the following efforts,such as strengthening data collection,improving work collaboration mechanisms,strengthening the discipline construction of ophthalmology,improving cataract surgery skills,and strengthening cataract knowledge popularization,etc.
