急诊内镜对消化道肿瘤患者上消化道出血的作用分析

Analysis of the Effect of Emergency Endoscopy on Upper Gastrointestinal Bleeding in Patients with Gastrointestinal Tumors

目的:分析探讨急诊内镜对消化道肿瘤患者上消化道出血的防治作用。方法:应用医学样本对比法,选定某院2012~2019年收治的150例消化道肿瘤患者,按照急救选择路径不同分为参照组和实验组。给予参照组急诊应急治疗措施,给予实验组急诊内镜治疗,探讨急诊内镜对消化道肿瘤患者上消化道出血的防治作用及其止血效果。结果:参照组和实验组在临床症状缓解率上数值对比为92.00%(69/75)和100%(75/75),有统计学意义(χ^2=8.278,P=0.001,P<0.05);参照组和实验组在12h止血、24h止血、48h止血指标上对比数据分别为(19.47±4.76)VS(35.62±6.05)、(55.42±10.81)VS(77.68±11.05)、(76.38±4.37)VS(93.72±5.94),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急诊内镜对消化道肿瘤患者上消化道出血的防治作用效果明显,尤其表现在提升患者临床症状缓解率和止血效果上,值得临床着力推广实施。

Objective:To analyze the prevention and treatment effect of emergency endoscopy on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with gastrointestinal tumors.Methods:Using the medical sample comparison method,150 patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated in a hospital from 2012 to 2019 were selected and divided into reference group and experimental group according to different choices of first aid path.The reference group were given emergency treatment measures,and the experimental group was given emergency endoscopic treatment,then the preventive effect and the hemostatic effect of emergency endoscope on upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with gastrointestinal tumors were discussed.Results:The comparison of the clinical symptom relief rate between the reference group and the experimental group was 92.00%(69/75)and 100%(75/75),which had statistical significance(χ^2=8.278,P=0.001,P<0.05).The comparison data of the reference group and the experimental group on the 12h,24h,and 48h hemostatic indexes were(19.47±4.76)VS(35.62±6.05),(55.42±10.81)VS(77.68±11.05),(76.38±4.37)VS(93.72±5.94),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of emergency endoscopy on the prevention and treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with gastrointestinal tumors is obvious,especially in improving the clinical symptom relief rate and hemostatic effect of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and implementation.
