肝切除联合纤维胆道镜治疗肝胆结石的临床效果观察

Clinical Observation of Hepatectomy Combined with Fiber Choledochoscopy for Hepatolithiasis

目的:探讨肝切除联合纤维胆道镜技术针对肝胆结石患者的临床治疗功能与价值。方法:选取某院2017年2月~2019年2月期间收治的肝胆结石患者共计200例,根据科学分组的方法划分为对照组与观察组,对两组患者分别实施肝切除手术,针对观察组额外采取肝切除联合纤维胆道镜手术,对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量以及治疗有效性、并发症发病率等参数,考量肝切除联合纤维胆道镜技术的效果。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患者在临床治疗有效性方面优于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.05);在手术时间、出血量以及并发症的控制方面,观察组同样优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:肝切除联合纤维胆道镜技术对于解决肝胆结石病症具有良好的适应性,可以显著降低治疗过程中出现的出血量过多以及治疗时间过长等问题,同时改善医患关系,具有临床应用推广的价值。

Objective:To investigate the clinical function and value of hepatectomy combined with fiber choledochoscopy in patients with hepatolithiasis.Methods:A total of 200 patients with hepatolithiasis admitted to a hospital from February 2017 to February 2019 were enrolled in this study.The patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the scientific grouping method.Hepatectomy was performed on the two groups,and the observation group was added fiber cholangioscopy,then the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,treatment effectiveness,and incidence of complications were compared between the groups.The effects of hepatectomy combined with fiber choledochoscopy were considered.Results:By comparison,the observation group was superior to the control group in the clinical treatment effectiveness,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The observation group was also superior to the control group in terms of operation time,blood loss and control of complications(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hepatectomy combined with fiber choledochoscopy has good adaptability in the treatment of hepatic gallstones,which can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding and treatment time in the treatment process,and improve the relationship between doctors and patients,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
