吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的临床疗效评价探讨

Clinical Efficacy of Inhaled Hormone Combined with Tiotropium Bromide in the Treatment of Asthmatic Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Overlap Syndrome

目的:评价和探讨吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征的临床疗效。方法:从2018年2月~2019年4月于某院治疗的哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者病例中,选取120例作为研究对象,参照组采取常规治疗方式,研究组在参照组的基础上再行吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗方式,评价两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,患者各项肺功能指标得到改善和提升,研究组各项肺功能指标水平与参照组相比,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组的ATC评分高于参照组,CAT评分、急性加重次数低于参照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗哮喘-慢阻肺重叠综合征患者时,吸入激素联合噻托溴铵治疗具有显著的临床效果,改善患者肺功能,对气促和喘息等症状予以控制,可以预防药物不良反应,安全性高,临床推广和应用价值显著。

Objective:To evaluate and discuss the clinical effect of inhaled hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of asthmatic chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome.Methods:120 patients with asthmatic chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome treated in a hospital from February 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the study object.The reference group was treated with conventional therapy,and the study group was treated with inhaled hormone combined with tiotropium bromide on the basis of the reference group to evaluate the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:After the treatment,the pulmonary function indexes of the patients were improved and improved.Compared with the reference group,the level of pulmonary function indexes of the study group was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the ATC score of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the CAT score and the times of acute aggravation were lower than those of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Inhaled hormone combined with tiotropium bromide in the treatment of asthmatic chronic obstructive pulmonary overlap syndrome has a significant clinical effect,which can improve the pulmonary function of patients,control the symptoms of shortness of breath and wheezing,and prevent adverse drug reactions,and has a high safety and significant clinical application value.
