耳尖放血联合川芎清脑颗粒治疗原发性头痛的有效性

Efficacy of Auricular Bloodletting Combined with Chuanxiong Qingnao Granules in the Treatment of Primary Headache

目的:采用耳尖放血联合川芎清脑颗粒对原发性头痛患者进行治疗,观察其有效性。方法:抽取150例原发性头痛患者,采用随机数字表法进行分组,对照组采用川芎清脑颗粒治疗,观察组用耳尖放血联合川芎清脑颗粒治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、相关临床指标与不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组治疗后24h内头痛缓解维持时间明显长于对照组,VAS评分明显低于对照组,头痛发作频率明显低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);观察组与对照组不良反应发生率差异不明显(P>0.05)。结论:在口服川芎清脑颗粒的同时采用耳尖放血治疗,可获得临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of auricular bloodletting combined with Chuanxiong Qingnao granules in the treatment of patients with primary headache.Methods:150 patients with primary headache were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group was treated with Chuanxiong Qingnao granules,while the observation group was treated with auricular bloodletting combined with Chuanxiong Qingnao granules,then the total effective rate,related clinical indicators and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Within 24h after treatment,the duration of headache relief in the observation group was significantly longer than that in the control group,VAS score was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the frequency of headache attack was significantly lower than that in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The oral administration of Chuanxiong Qingnao granules combined with auricular bloodletting can obtain the clinical effect.
