清热祛湿解毒法治疗小儿手足口病189例临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of 189 Cases of Hand-foot-mouth Disease in Children with Qingre Qushi Detoxification Method

目的:研究清热祛湿解毒法用于治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:择取某院2017年3月~2019年3月期间收治的378例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,应用随机数字表将其划分为分析组与常规组,分析组患儿服用自拟败毒汤进行治疗,常规组患儿使用常规西药治疗,比较两组患儿临床疗效。结果:分析组患儿治疗总有效率为94.18%,较常规组患者高,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);分析组患儿接受治疗后各项指标(WBC和CRP)水平均优于常规组,组间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采取清热祛湿解毒法用于治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效较好,值得在临床中进行推广应用。

Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Qingre Qushi detoxification method in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods:A total of 378 children with hand,foot and mouth disease admitted to a hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into analysis group and routine group by random number table method.The children in the analysis group were treated with self-made sepsis decoction,and the children in the routine group were treated with conventional western medicine to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the analysis group was 94.18%,which higher than that of the routine group,and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The levels of WBC and CRP in the analysis group were better than those in the routine group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Qingre Qushi detoxification method in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children is better,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
