索拉非尼和他克莫司治疗肝癌中实施人性化护理模式联合叙事护理的应用效果及对主观幸福感、负面情绪的影响

Application Effect of Humanized Nursing Mode Combined with Narrative Nursing in the Treatment of Liver Cancer with Sorafenib and Tacrolimus and Its Influence on Subjective Well-being and Negative Emotions

目的:探讨索拉非尼和他克莫司治疗肝癌中实施人性化护理模式联合叙事护理的应用效果及对主观幸福感、负面情绪的影响。方法:选取某院2019年2月~2020年2月期间收治的肝癌患者100例,随机分为研究组和对照组各50例,两组患者均接受索拉非尼和他克莫司进行治疗,对照组患者接受实施人性化护理模式,研究组患者接受人性化护理模式联合叙事护理,观察并对比两组患者护理前后主观幸福感和负面情绪以及生活质量。结果:两组患者护理前的主观幸福感和负面情绪、生活质量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后研究组患者的各项指标显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:给予肝癌患者人性化护理模式联合叙事护理,效果显著,很大程度提升患者的主观幸福感和生活质量,改善患者的负面情绪,值得临床推广。

Objective:To explore the application effect of humanized nursing mode combined with narrative nursing in the treatment of liver cancer with sorafenib and tacrolimus and its influence on subjective well-being and negative emotions.Methods:100 cases of liver cancer patients in a hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with sorafenib and tacrolimus,the control group received humanized nursing mode,the study group received humanized nursing mode combined with narrative nursing,then the subjective well-being,negative emotion and quality of life of the two groups before and after nursing were observed and compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference in subjective well-being,negative emotion and quality of life between the two groups before the nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,the indexes of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of humanized nursing mode and narrative nursing has significant therapeutic effect on patients with liver cancer,which greatly improves the subjective well-being and quality of life of patients,improves the negative emotions of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
