桃红四物汤加味治疗下肢骨折初期40例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Case of Lower Limb Fracture Treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction

目的:观察桃红四物汤加味在下肢骨折初期治疗中的作用。方法:回顾性分析2017年1月—2020年3月就诊于我院的80例下肢骨折患者的临床资料,按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上服用桃红四物汤,比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分及血液流变学(全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞电泳)指标。结果:治疗2周后,总有效率观察组(95.00%)高于对照组(72.50%);两组中医证候积分及血液流变学指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃红四物汤加味治疗下肢骨折初期疗效较好,能降低中医证候积分,改善血液流变学水平,值得推广。

Objective:To explore the application of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in the early treatment of lower limb fracture.Methods:The clinical data of 80 patients with lower limb fracture treated in our hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into observation group and control group with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was given Taohong Siwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score and hemorheology(whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,erythrocyte electrophoresis)were compared between the two groups.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(72.50%);the TCM syndrome score and hemorheology of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taohong Siwu Decoction has a good effect in the early stage of lower limb fracture.It can reduce the TCM syndrome score and improve the level of hemorheology,which is worthy of promotion.
