哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染38例疗效观察

Clinical Study on Piperacillin Sodium and Tazobactam Sodium in Treatment of 38 Cases with Lower Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染的临床效果。方法:选取2018年2月—2019年6月本院收治的75例下呼吸道感染患者为观察对象,随机分为观察组(38例)和对照组(37例)。对照组采用头孢哌酮钠舒巴坦钠治疗,观察组采用哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗,比较两组治疗的有效率和细菌清除率,治疗前后血清降钙素原(PCT)水平、白细胞计数恢复时间、体温恢复时间,以及治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组有效率和细菌清除率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CRP水平低于对照组,白细胞计数和体温恢复正常时间少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:哌拉西林钠他唑巴坦钠治疗下呼吸道感染,能有效减轻机体炎症反应,提高疗效和细菌清除率,且安全性较好。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection.Methods:75 patients with lower respiratory tract infection in our hospital from February 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the observation objects and randomly divided into observation group(38 cases)and control group(37 cases).The control group was treated with cefoperazone sodium and sulbactam sodium,and the observation group was treated with piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium.The effective rate,bacterial clearance rate,serum procalcitonin(PCT),white blood cell count recovery time,body temperature recovery time,and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the effective rate and bacterial clearance rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the CRP level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the time of white blood cell count and body temperature returning to normal was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Piperacillin sodium and tazobactam sodium in the treatment of lower respiratory tract infection can effectively reduce the body inflammatory reaction,improve the efficacy and bacterial clearance rate,and has good safety.
