目的:修订完善消毒供应中心标准操作规范(SOP),分层级进行培训实践及持续改进,并观察实施效果。方法:根据国家卫生部颁布的各类规范和消毒供应专业委员会发布的专科器械处理指南,参考专业书籍如医院消毒供应中心岗位培训教程等,查阅相关文献,结合本科室具体布局设备设施,及时修定完善标准操作规范,提交院感科审核,并进行全员分层级培训及实施,质控小组每月进行督查,并根据实施效果进行修订完善。结果:每月质控自查分数、人员理论及操作考核成绩均明显高于实施前临床反馈问题由实施前的0.08%降低到0.03%。结论:及时修订完善消毒供应中心标准操作规范并培训实施,提升工作人员专业素质,技术操作更加规范化、专业化、标准化,促进科室精细化管理,提高工作质量、临床服务能力和服务水平。

Objective:To revise and improve the SOP of disinfection and supply center,carry out training practice and continuous improvement at different levels,and observe the implementation effect.Methods:According to all kinds of Specifications issued by the Ministry of health of the people's Republic of China and the guidelines for the treatment of specialized instruments issued by the professional committee of disinfection and supply,referring to professional books such as on-the-job training course of hospital disinfection and supply center,consulting relevant literature,combining with the specific layout of equipment and facilities in the undergraduate department,timely revised and improved the standard operation specification,submitted it to the Department of nosocomial infection for audit,and carried out hierarchical training and Practice for all staff The implementation and quality control team shall conduct monthly inspection and revise and improve according to the implementation effect.Results:the scores of quality control self-examination,personnel theory and operation examination scores were significantly higher than before,and the clinical feedback problems were significantly decreased.Conclusion:Timely revise and improve the standard operation specification of disinfection and supply center and implement the training,improve the professional quality of staff,make the technical operation more standardized,professional and standardized,promote the fine management of the Department,and improve the work quality,clinical service ability and service level.
