摘要
文章对中国国家图书馆、29家省级图书馆、15家城市图书馆共45家图书馆的“十三五”规划文本,从形式特征、内容类目、热词等几个方面进行深入分析,研究发现合作、人才、交流、资源(包括文献/馆藏/特色)、古籍保护是各馆“十三五”规划文本提及率前十的热词;与这些热词相关的图书馆合作交流、人才、文献资源、古籍保护仍将是各馆“十四五”期间关注的重要内容。除此之外,“十四五”规划还包含服务体系、服务效能、新媒体服务、全民阅读、阅读推广与社会教育、智库等15项内容。
The paper studies the texts of the 13th Five-Year Plan for 45 public libraries including the National Library of China,29 provincial libraries and 15 municipal ones.The author of this paper finds that research,talent,exchange,resource(including literature/collection/characteristic)and ancient book reservation are among the top 10 words that are frequently mentioned in the texts after researching the style feature,content catalog and key words of the texts.As such,the 14th Five-Year Plan for public libraries will step up efforts to improve their cooperation and exchange,talent building,literature and resource collection and ancient book reservation.Besides,the 14th Five-Year Plan will also integrate the construction of service system,service efficiency,new media service,national reading,reading promotion and social education and think tank.
