摘要
在自动化生产线中有效运用PLC控制变频器,需要全面分析PLC控制系统的构成,研究PLC控制变频器和选择PLC系统的原则,分析和研究PLC控制系统编程过程和实际操作过程,促使PLC控制水平不断提升,推动变频器的进步和发展。对此,文章首先概述PLC自动控制技术,然后介绍基于PLC控制技术变频器的构成部分,最后详细说明以PLC控制技术为基础的变频器在自动化生产线中的实际运用。
To effectively use PLC to control inverters in automated production lines,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the composition of PLC control systems,study the principles of PLC control inverters and selection of PLC systems,analyze and study the programming process and actual operation processes of PLC control systems,and promote the continuous level of PLC control upgrade,promote the progress and development of the inverter.In this regard,this article first summarizes the PLC automatic control technology,then introduces the components of the inverter based on the PLC control technology,and finally explains in detail the actual application of the inverter based on the PLC control technology in the automated production line.
