Construction management measures of intelligent building project under COVID-19 epidemic

2019年湖北省武汉市出现病毒性肺炎、肺部感染(又称“新型冠状病毒”),据报道:2020年1月30日,世界卫生组织宣布,将新型冠状病毒疫情列为国际关注的突发公共卫生事件。在这种情况下,为了保证建筑智能化工程顺利施工,文章就对就建筑智能化项目施工中的疫情防控措施、施工进度措施、质量保证措施、施工安全措施、档案管理措施进行分析,为智能化项目顺利建设提供参考。

Viral pneumonia and pulmonary infection(also known as new coronavirus)occurred in Wuhan,Hubei Province in 2019.It is reported that,on January 30,2020,the World Health Organization announced that the new coronavirus epidemic situation was listed as a public health emergency of international concern.In this case,in order to ensure the smooth construction of intelligent building engineering,this paper analyzes the epidemic prevention and control measures,construction schedule measures,quality assurance measures,construction safety measures and file management measures in the construction of intelligent building projects,to provide reference for the smooth construction of intelligent projects.
