摘要
多联式房间空调器在寒冷地区停机后重新开启制热的过程中长时间无法制热,出风温度较低,期间冷媒大量存在于压缩机的高压侧稀释了压缩机的润滑油,导致压缩机缺油损坏。本文模拟空调器放置12 h后启动的情况进行研究,发现系统节流时制冷剂为气态是制热时间长影响可靠性的主要原因,并同步提出了优化方法。
When the air-condition unit starts up which closed long time in frozen area,it need much more time to warm itself up than in normal temperature,and its outlet temperature is lower.The refrigerant diluted the lubricating oil will affects the air-condition reliability.This paper use the theory and experiment test to analyse its influencing factors and put forward new optimization programs to solve this problem.
