摘要
本文主要研究弹簧隔振技术在动力机器基础中的应用,以某电厂汽动给水泵基础的隔振设计为例,通过对比研究三种不同的弹簧隔振方案,结合DLT 5188-2004《火力发电厂辅助机器基础隔振设计规程》的相应规定,分析弹簧隔振设计的设计方法、影响弹簧隔振效果的主要因素以及各影响因素对隔振效果的影响规律,为弹簧隔振技术在实际工程中的应用提供参考和建议。
This paper mainly analyses the application of spring vibration isolation technique in dynamic machine foundation.Taking the vibration isolation design of steam feed pump foundation of a power plant as an example,three different spring vibration isolation schemes are compared and studied,and combined with DLT 5188-2004 the design code of vibration isolation of auxiliary machine of foundation in fossil fuel power plant,this paper analyzes the design method of spring vibration isolation,the main factors and the influence law of these factors that affect the effect of spring vibration isolation,so as to provide references and suggestions for the application of spring vibration isolation technique in practical projects.
