护理品管圈应用于手供一体化管理模式的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Nursing Quality Control Circle Applied to the Integrated Management Model of Hand Supply

目的探讨护理品管圈应用于手供一体化管理模式的应用效果。方法于2018年7—12月在消毒供应中心成立护理品管圈小组,运用品管圈活动改进手术器械质量管理,于品管圈实施的最后两周,在品管圈小组和常规小组分别选取500个手术器械进行调查分析,同时对102名手术医生的器械满意度情况进行调查分析。统计分析圈员品管圈活动实施前后评分。结果实施基于护理品管圈的OSI管理后,品管圈小组器械清洗合格率、包装合格率、灭菌合格率、运送及时率、医生满意度较常规小组明显提升,圈员评分持续优化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理品管圈应用于OSI管理具有积极正向的作用,能有效提升护理人员综合素质,提高手术器械供应保障质量,更好地满足临床需求。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing quality control circle in the integrated management model of hand supply.Methods From July to December 2018,a nursing quality control circle team was established in the disinfection supply center,and the quality control circle activities were used to improve the quality management of surgical instruments.In the last two weeks of the implementation of the quality control circle,the quality control circle group and the regular group 500 surgical instruments were selected for investigation and analysis,and at the same time the instrument satisfaction of 102 surgeons was investigated and analyzed.The scores before and after the implementation of QC circle activities of circle members are statistically analyzed.Results After the implementation of OSI management based on the nursing quality control circle,the quality control circle team’s equipment cleaning qualification rate,packaging qualification rate,sterilization qualification rate,delivery time rate,and doctor’s satisfaction were significantly improved compared with the conventional team was significantly reduced.The score continued to be optimized,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the nursing quality control circle to OSI management has a positive effect,which can effectively improve the overall quality of nursing staff,improve the quality of surgical equipment supply and guarantee,and better meet clinical needs.
