一种精细化管理体系在妇科护理实习教学中的应用效果

Application Effect of a Refined Management System in Practice Teaching of Gynecological Nursing

目的探讨精细化管理体系在提高妇科护理实习生的教学质量中的效果,为实习教学管理改革提供参考。方法2019年3—6月将48名妇科护理实习生分为两组,每组24名,对照组学生进行传统的临床带教管理,观察组实习生进行精细化教学管理。对两组学生的带教效果进行评估对比,同时比较两组学生的带教满意度。结果两组学生在进行理论知识、实践技能考核评分方面进行对比,和实习满意度问卷调查中,观察组学生各项成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组实习生带教各项评估满意度高于对照组实习生(P<0.05)。结论妇科临床护理实习教学中建立精细化教学管理体系能提高临床带教质量,提高学生的学习满意度,值得推广实施。

Objective Discuss the effect of refined management system in improving the teaching quality of gynecological nursing interns,and provide reference for the reform of internship teaching management.Methods From March to June 2019 forty-eight gynecological nursing interns were divided into two groups,each with 24 people.The control group students received traditional clinical teaching management,and the observation group interns received refined teaching management.To evaluate and compare the teaching effects of the two groups of students,and compare the teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students.Results The two groups of students were compared in terms of the assessment of theoretical knowledge and practical skills.In the internship satisfaction questionnaire survey,the scores of the students in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Satisfaction of teaching various evaluations was higher than that of control interns(P<0.05).Conclusion The establishment of a refined teaching management system in gynecological clinical nursing practice teaching can improve the quality of clinical teaching and improve students'learning satisfaction.It is worthy of promotion and implementation.
