摘要
目的分析将个性化舒适护理管理应用于ICU护理管理中所得到的效果。方法将2018年9月—2019年9月期间在ICU进行个性化舒适护理管理的12名护理人员作为研究对象,并将期间护理管理的模式进行评价。比较个性化舒适护理管理与常规护理管理对护理满意度与护理服务质量的影响。结果个性化舒适护理管理组护理质量明显高于常规护理管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);个性化舒适护理管理组护理满意度100.00%明显高于常规护理管理组58.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU护理管理中应用个性化舒适护理管理可以有效地提高护理工作人员的服务质量,同时根据科室内要求所进行的护理管理方案能够将医患关系得到改善,从而提升护理满意度,对ICU护理管理或其他科室均具有十分明显的意义。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying personalized comfort nursing management to ICU nursing management.Methods Twelve nurses who performed personalized comfort care management in the ICU from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the mode of care management during the period was evaluated.Compare the impact of personalized comfort nursing management and conventional nursing management on nursing satisfaction and nursing service quality.Results The quality of nursing care in the personalized comfort care management group was significantly higher than that in the conventional care management group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);100.00%of the nursing satisfaction in the personalized comfort care management group was significantly higher than that of the conventional care management group by 58.33%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of personalized comfort nursing management in ICU nursing management can effectively improve the service quality of nursing staff.At the same time,the nursing management plan according to the requirements of the department can improve the doctor-patient relationship,thereby increasing nursing satisfaction,nursing management or other departments,of obvious significance.
