摘要
很多医院后勤在发展过程中存在合同内容不规范、合同签订不及时以及院内主责科室对外包企业未采取定期考核等问题。在上述问题的影响下,导致医院后勤社会化服务效果比较差,后勤服务违规采购,具有较大的管理风险,因此相关部门需要加以重视,采取有效的措施加强管理规范性。该文结合医院后勤社会化服务外包管理模式针对当前医院后勤外包过程中存在的问题和风险性进行深入探讨,举例说明应对策略。
It was found that many hospitals have problems in the development of logistics such as irregular contract content,untimely signing of contracts,and failure of regular assessments of outsourcing companies by the main department in the hospital.Under the influence of the above-mentioned problems,the effect of hospital logistics socialization services is relatively poor,and logistics services are purchased in violation of regulations,which has greater management risks.Therefore,relevant departments need to pay attention to them and take effective measures to strengthen management standards.This article combines the hospital logistics socialized service outsourcing management model to discuss the problems and risks in the current hospital logistics outsourcing process,and explain the coping strategies.
