PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理在普外科手术室护理管理中的应用效果

Application Effect of PDCA Circulation Management Mode Combined with Detailed Nursing in Nursing Management of General Surgery Operating Room

目的PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理在普外科手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法将2018年12月—2019年12月该院普外科手术室收治的96例手术患者与科室15名护理人员列为研究对象,按照手术室管理方式的不同将96例患者分为实验组和参照组,手术室管理中给予常规护理管理干预的为参照组,手术室管理中给予PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理干预的为实验组,干预后对患者手术室感染率、消毒合格率等做出评价,再分别评估护理后护理人员的管理质量。结果手术室感染率:实验组手术室感染率相较参照组明显偏低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。消毒合格率:实验组消毒合格率相较参照组明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。管理质量:参照组管理质量明显低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科手术室护理管理中采用PDCA循环管理模式联合细节护理干预,效果显著,既能降低手术室感染率,又能确保消毒合格率,同时可以提高管理质量,值得临床进一步推广及应用。

Objective The application effect of PDCA circulation management mode combined with detailed nursing in the nursing management of general surgery operating room.Methods The 96 surgical patients admitted to the general surgery operating room of the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 and 15 nursing staff in the department were listed as the research objects.According to the different way of operating room management,96 patients were divided into experimental group and reference group given routine nursing management in operating room management intervention as reference group,given the PDCA cycle management model in the operating room management joint detail nursing intervention as the experimental group.After the intervention,the patient's operating room infection rate and disinfection qualification rate were evaluated,and respectively to evaluate the nursing management of the nursing quality.Results Operating room infection rate:the operating room infection rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Disinfection qualification rate:the disinfection qualification rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Management quality:the management quality of the reference group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA cycle management model combined with detailed nursing intervention in the nursing management of general surgery operating room has a significant effect.It can not only reduce the infection rate in the operating room,but also ensure the disinfection qualification rate,and improve the quality of management.It is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
