摘要
目的分析精细化管理在消化科病房护理中的应用效果。方法将2019年6—12月该院接收的消化科80例患者,并选取同期20名护理人员,于该阶段在消化科病房护理中开展精细化管理,对实施前后护理人员护理质量和患者对护理人员的满意度进行比较。结果在基础护理、文书书写、护患沟通及病房管理评分方面,实施后比实施前高,差异有统计学意义(t=3.450、2.810、8.955、2.838,P=0.001、0.008、0.000、0.007);在护理满意度方面,实施后与实施前分别是96.25%和86.25%,实施后比实施前高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.009,P=0.025)。结论消化科病房护理期间,通过开展精细化管理除提高护理人员护理质量外,有助于护理满意度的提高,从而改善紧张的护患关系,让患者更加满意护理人员工作。
Objective To analyze the application effect of refined management in the nursing of gastroenterology ward.Methods From June to December 2019,80 patients in the gastroenterology department received in the hospital,and 20 nursing staff were selected during the same period.At this stage,refined management was carried out in the nursing of the gastroenterology ward,and the nursing quality of nursing staff before and after implementation compared with patients'satisfaction with nursing staff.Results The scores of basic nursing,document writing,nurse-patient communication and ward management were higher after implementation than before implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.450,2.810,8.955,2.838,P=0.001,0.008,0.000,0.007);in terms of nursing satisfaction,the rates after implementation and before implementation were 96.25%and 86.25%,respectively,after implementation,it was higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.009,P=0.025).Conclusion During the nursing period of the gastroenterology ward,in addition to improving the nursing quality of nursing staff,the implementation of refined management will help improve nursing satisfaction,thereby improving the tense nurse-patient relationship and making patients more satisfied with the work of nursing staff.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical practice in the future further adoption and promotion.
