摘要
目的探究PBL结合临床路径教学法在乳腺外科实习护生临床带教中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月—2019年6月期间该院乳腺外科实习的56名护理实习生作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组28名。观察组实施PBL结合临床路径教学法,对照组实施常规带教,对比两组实习生考核成绩、带教满意度及带教依从性。结果观察组带教满意度96.43%高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组带教依从性96.34%高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组实习生考核成绩理论知识(89.45±4.56)分、操作技能(92.42±4.98)分、综合能力(91.42±3.62)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺外科实习护生临床带教中应用PBL结合临床路径教学法,能够全面提升护理实习生的带教依从性,有效提升理论知识掌握度、操作技术能力。
Objective To explore the application value of PBL combined with clinical path teaching method in the clinical teaching of breast surgery intern nurses.Methods From January 2018 to June 2019,56 nursing interns in the hospital were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 28 in each group.The observation group implemented PBL combined with the clinical path teaching method,and the control group implemented routine teaching.The assessment results,teaching satisfaction and teaching compliance of the two groups of interns were compared.Results 96.43%of the observation group's teaching satisfaction was higher than the control group 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);96.34%of the observation group's teaching compliance was higher than the control group 71.43%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the observation group's appraisal of theoretical knowledge of interns of(89.45±4.56)points,operation skills(92.42±4.98)points and comprehensive ability(91.42±3.62)points were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with clinical pathway teaching method in clinical teaching of breast surgery interns can comprehensively improve the compliance of nursing interns,effectively improve the mastery of theoretical knowledge and operational skills.
