礼仪培训对提升护士自我价值感的研究

Research on Etiquette Training to Improve Nurses'Self-worth

目的探讨礼仪培训对护理人员自我价值感的影响。方法2019年3—9月选取50名门诊正式护理职工,对比礼仪培训前后,分别用一般自我效能感量表、自信心量表及人际关系综合量表评估,并记录数据。结果经过礼仪培训前的一般自我效能感量表、自信心量表以及人际关系综合量表的平均得分为(2.31±0.15)、(25.00±2.91)、(6.82±1.83)分,参加培训以后的上述表格得分为(2.61±0.25)、(30.00±1.28)、(5.93±0.96)分。一般自我效能感量表、自信心量表和人际关系综合量表的最后评分均比培训前优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经过礼仪培训,增加了护理人员的护患沟通能力、增加了职业认同感、提高了自信心及增加了团队凝聚力,提升了护士的自我价值感。

Objective To explore the influence of etiquette training on nursing staff's sense of self-worth.Methods From March to September 2019,50 formal nursing staff in outpatient clinics were selected and compared before and after the etiquette training,they were evaluated with the general self-Efficacy scale,the self-confidence scale and the comprehensive interpersonal relationship scale,and the data were recorded.Results The average scores of the general self-efficacy scale,self-confidence scale and interpersonal relationship comprehensive scale before the etiquette training were(2.31±0.15)points,(25.00±2.91)points,(6.82±1.83)points,and the scores of the above table after the training were(2.61±0.25)points,(30.00±1.28)points,(5.93±0.96)points.The final scores of general self-efficacy scale,self-confidence scale and comprehensive interpersonal relationship scale were higher than those before training,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After etiquette training,nurses'communication skills with nurses and patients,occupational identity,self-confidence and team cohesion were increased,and nurses'sense of self-worth was enhanced.
