摘要
目的探讨在护理临床实习带教过程中运用超星学习通平台进行实习带教的教学效果。方法选取2019年1—12月到该院内分泌血液科实习的108名护生为研究对象,入科时随机分组,将护生分为实验组(n=54)及对照组(n=54),对照组护生采取常规一对一带教,实验组护生在传统带教模式基础上,利用超星学习通平台对护生进行带教管理。对两组护生的出科理论考试成绩和技能考核成绩分析并进行问卷调查以评价带教效果。结果实验组护生的出科理论考试和技能考核成绩明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组护生对两种带教方法满意度进行问卷调查结果看,实验组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过在护理临床实习带教过程中运用超星学习通平台进行实习带教,实现了线上线下同时带教,增强了带教老师与护生之间的沟通交流,为护生后续参加护考打下坚实的理论基础,可有效提高实习带教质量。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of using the Chaoxing Learning Communication platform in the nursing clinical practice teaching process.Methods 108 nursing students who went to the Department of Endocrinology and Hematology in the hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups when entering the department.The nursing students were divided into an experimental group(n=54)and a control group(n=54),the nursing students in the control group took regular one-on-one teaching,and the nursing students in the experimental group used the Chaoxing learning communication platform to teach and manage the nursing students based on the traditional teaching model.Analyze the scores of the theoretical examination and skill assessment of the two groups of nursing students and conduct a questionnaire survey to evaluate the teaching effect.Results The scores of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to the survey results of the satisfaction of the two teaching methods,the experimental group was also better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the use of Chaoxing Learning Communication platform in the nursing clinical practice teaching process,the online and offline teaching is realized at the same time,and the communication between the teaching teacher and the nursing students is enhanced,and the nursing students can participate in the subsequent nursing examinations.Laying a solid theoretical foundation can effectively improve the quality of internship teaching.
