侵袭性垂体腺瘤侵入蝶窦1例

摘要 1临床资料患者,女,65岁,因反复右侧鼻出血半年至上海同济大学附属同济医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科就诊,无鼻塞、头痛、视物模糊史。门诊鼻窦CT扫描示:蝶窦区占位,伴蝶窦壁骨质破坏,于2019-02-16收治入院。入院MRI示:右侧蝶窦腔内可见团片状异常信号影,T1W1呈低信号,T2W1呈高信号,大小约为2.0 cm×2.0 cm×1.8 cm,增强后强化明显(图1A,图1B)。查体:双鼻腔通畅,鼻黏膜轻度充血,下鼻甲肿大,中鼻道无异常.
