盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎的疗效分析

Analysis of the Effect of Minocycline Hydrochloride Ointment on Chronic Periodontitis

目的探讨盐酸米诺环素软膏对慢性牙周炎的疗效。方法选择我院2019年4—12月收治的60例慢性牙周炎患者。采取随机数字表法,所有患者被分为观察组(30例)及对照组(30例),两组患者均给予龈下刮治及龈上洁治,对照组患者给予甲硝唑,观察组患者在对照组基础上加用盐酸米诺环素软膏,对比两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前后的牙周检查各项指标水平,两组患者治疗过程中的不良反应及治疗后6个月的复发情况。结果治疗的有效率观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比治疗前两组患者的SBI、GI、MD、PLI及PD,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,以上临床指标在两组中均明显降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。比较两组患者不良反应的总发生率,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后6个月的复发率明显较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论盐酸米诺环素软膏可提高慢性牙周炎的疗效,改善患者的牙周检查各项指标水平,降低复发率,且应用安全。

Objective To study the effect of minocycline hydrochloride ointment on chronic periodontitis.Methods 60 patients with chronic periodontitis from April to December 2019 were selected.According to the method of random number table,all patients were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,30 cases in each group.Both groups received subgingival curettage and supragingival scaling.The patients in the control group were given metronidazole,and the patients in the observation group were given minocycline hydrochloride ointment on the basis of the control group.The treatment effect,periodontal examination indexes before and after treatment,adverse reactions during treatment and recurrence of 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in SBI,GI,MD,PLI and PD between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes of the two groups were significantly reduced,and the improvement of observation group was more significant than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride ointment can improve the efficacy of chronic periodontitis,improve the level of periodontal examination indexes,reduce the recurrence rate,and is safe to use.
