射频热凝术治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的疗效分析

Effect of Radiofrequency Thermocoagulation on Senile Knee Osteoarthritis

目的探讨射频热凝术治疗老年膝骨性关节炎的应用及疗效。方法选取我院2016年1月—2019年12月收治的膝骨性关节炎老年患者50例,以随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组给予关节腔注射激素、外周肌肉松解治疗,研究组给予射频热凝术治疗,对比两组膝关节功能改善情况(以Lysholm膝关节评分评估)、治疗前后疼痛感受(以NRS评分)。结果治疗前,两组Lysholm膝关节评分、NRS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组Lysholm膝关节评分高于对照组,NRS评分评分低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论射频热凝术治疗老年膝骨性关节炎,有利于改善患者膝关节功能,缓解疼痛感受,治疗疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the application and effect of radiofrequency thermocoagulation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis in the elderly.Methods 50 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis/osteodystrophy admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given intraarticular injection of hormone and peripheral muscle release,the study group was treated with radiofrequency thermocoagulation,and the improvement of knee function(evaluated by Lysholm knee score)and pain perception(assessed by NRS score)were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in Lysholm knee score and NRS score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the Lysholm knee score in the study group was higher than that in the control group and the NRS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiofrequency thermocoagulation can improve the function of knee joint and relieve pain in the elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee.It is worthy of clinical application.
