摘要
目的探究真空辅助旋切活检在乳腺癌早期诊断及治疗中的价值。方法回顾性研究分析2017年3月—2019年5月320例在本院接受了乳腺肿块微创切除活检术的患者病理资料。结果320例病理结果资料中,16例恶性病灶患者中浸润性小叶癌6例,导管内癌5例,浸润性导管癌5例,均行乳腺癌改良根治术,304例良性病变患者均完全切除肿块,术后随访一年左右,未发现任何病灶残留或癌症复发,患者局部伤口愈合良好。结论真空辅助旋切系统活检安全度高、效果好,可作为可疑乳腺癌切除及活检的首选方法,适用于乳腺癌的早诊早治及微创治疗,临床可大力推广使用。
Objective To explore the value of vacuum assisted rotary biopsy in early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.Methods A retrospective study analyzed the pathological data of 320 patients who underwent minimally invasive breast biopsy in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019.Results Of the 320 pathological findings,6 of 16 patients with malignant lesions had invasive lobular carcinoma,5 had intraductal carcinoma,and 5 had invasive ductal carcinoma.All patients underwent modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer,and 304 patients with benign lesions had their tumors completely removed.After a follow-up of about one year after operation,no residual disease or cancer recurrence was found,and the patient’s local wound healed well.Conclusion The vacuumassisted rotary cutting system has a high degree of safety in biopsy and can be used as the first choice for the removal and biopsy of suspicious breast cancer.It is suitable for early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer and minimally invasive treatment.
