摘要
本文以吉林、长春、四平产玉竹为试验材料,对不同产地玉竹形态指标、生理指标及组织抗寒性进行比较,探索产地与玉竹形态指标、生理指标及组织抗寒性之间的关系,为玉竹人工栽培选择栽培地的选择提供基础资料。结果表明:不同产地玉竹形态指标、生理指标及组织抗寒性各有差异,综合营养价值及环境条件,四平对玉竹环境逆境最小,产于四平的玉竹可表现出对逆境环境条件最强的反应能力,且四平产玉竹可溶性糖含量最高,可选择四平作为玉竹人工栽培的栽培地。
In this paper,Polygonatum odoratum(Mill.)Druce which was grown in Jilin,Changchun and Siping were used as the experimental materials to test the morphological,physiological and cold resistance to try to provide basic data for the selection of cultivation land for artificial cultivation of P.odoratum.The results showed that the morphological index,physiological index and cold resistance of P.odoratum from different areas were different.The comprehensive nutritional value and environmental conditions showed that Siping had the least environmental adversity to P.odoratum.P.odoratum from Siping had the strongest response ability to environmental adversity,and the highest soluble sugar content of P.odoratum from Siping.Siping could be selected as the cultivation site for artificial cultivation of P.odoratum.
