橡胶改性混凝土抗高速水流冲击性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究橡胶改性混凝土在不同高速水流冲击作用下材料的抗冲刷性能的变化规律,本文自行组装了高速水流冲击试验装置。利用该装置喷射一定流速的高压水柱对不同养护龄期的混凝土试样进行冲击试验,并对冲击后的试样进行质量和力学参数测试。结果表明:橡胶改性混凝土在高速水流冲击下,试样表面在一定程度有胶结材料剥落,冲击程度随着养护龄期增长有下降趋势;随着橡胶改性混凝土养护龄期的增加,冲击后的混凝土平均质量损失和侵蚀率有所减少,并在养护60 d后趋于稳定;通过回归分析发现,水流冲击流速与冲蚀速率之间存在非线性的幂函数关系;对养护28 d龄期后的混凝土而言,力学性能参数几乎不受水流冲击的影响;基于扫描电子显微镜试验,从微观结构的角度揭示了橡胶对混凝土性质的影响机理。 In order to study the law of the abrasion resistance performance and strength parameters under the impact of high-speed water flow,the samples with different curing ages were subjected to abrasion resistance tests and mechanical parameters measured by high-pressure water column with certain velocities.The results show that the surface of rubber concrete under the impact of high-speed water show a spalling of cementitious materials,and the degree of erosion decreases with the increase of curing age;With the increase of curing age of rubber concrete,the average mass loss and erosion rate were reduced and stabilized after 60 days;Through data fitting,there shows a nonlinear power function relation between flow impact velocity v and erosion rate N;For concrete after curing at a certain age,the mechanical property parameters are almost free from the impact of water flow.The mechanism of rubber modification was also revealed from the perspective of microstructure.
