摘要 鉴于智能配电网内电源及负荷的时变性,本文提出一种智能配电网精细化日前综合优化调度方法。首先基于不同时段下的运行环境确定最优调度目标的精细化日前调度思想,采用多目标自适应变权重的优化目标,建立了运行安全、DRG消纳能力和经济的精细化综合日前调度模型;其次,借鉴双层规划模型,提出了基于粒子群算法的外-内双层优化策略,用以求解综合日前调度模型中调度资源和目标权重的优化变量,从而得到兼顾安全性、DRG消纳能力和经济性的最适合调度日的综合日前调度方案;最后以改进的IEEE33节点算例仿真,验证了调度模型的经济性、安全性和对DRG消纳能力。 In view of the time-varying of power supply and load in smart distribution network,this paper proposes a refined day-ahead comprehensive optimization scheduling method for smart distribution network.First of all,based on the idea of refined day-ahead scheduling to determine the optimal scheduling target under different operating environments in different time periods,a refined comprehensive day-ahead scheduling model with operational safety,DRG absorption capacity and economy is established by adopting multi-objective adaptive variable weight optimization target.Secondly,by referring to the bilevel programming model,an outside-inside bilevel optimization strategy based on particle swarm optimization is proposed to solve the optimization variables of scheduling resources and target weights in the comprehensive day-ahead scheduling model,so as to obtain the comprehensive day-ahead scheduling scheme which is the most suitable for scheduling day with consideration of security,DRG absorption capacity and economy.Finally,an improved IEEE33 node example is used to verify the economic efficiency,security and DRG absorption capacity of the scheduling model.
