轮对压装过程的有限元分析及压装参数的优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 为了对压装过程中的压装参数进行优化,本文研究了过盈量,摩擦系数和压装速度对轮对压装过程的影响,建立了1/4轮对对称有限元模型,利用有限元软件对压装过程中轮毂孔和轮座表面应力以及压装压力进行了分析。结果表明:过盈量对压装过程中轮毂孔和轮座表面应力以及压装压力影响明显,摩擦系数对压装过程中轮毂孔和轮座表面应力影响较小,而对压装压力影响明显。压装速度对压装过程中轮毂孔和轮座表面应力以及压装压力基本上没有影响。根据各参数对压装过程的影响,对压装参数进行了优化。 In order to optimize the loading parameters,this paper studied on the influence of interference,friction coefficient and press-fit speed on the press-fit process of the wheelset,a 1/4-wheel symmetric finite element model was established.The finite element software was used to analyze the surface stress and press-fit pressure of the hub hole and the wheel seat during the press-fit process.The analysis results showed that the interference had obvious influence on the surface stress of the hub hole and the wheel seat and the press-fit pressure during the press-fit process.The friction coefficient has little effect on the surface stress of the hub hole and the wheel seat during the press-fit process,and the impact on the press-fit pressure.The press-fit speed had essentially no effect on the hub bore and wheel seat surface stresses and press-fit pressure during the press-fit process.According to the influence of various parameters on the pressing process,the parameters were optimized.
