摘要
顶管施工作为一种地下管道非开挖铺设的施工技术,在临近既有建(构)筑物的情况下,需要充分考虑顶管施工对周边环境产生的影响以确保安全。本文结合工程实例,采用Midas/GTS有限元数值模拟,同时考虑了顶管过程中地层损失与正面推进力的作用,分析了大直径顶管施工及工作沉井施工引起既有地铁盾构隧道的变形与结构内力变化,总结了顶管及沉井施工过程中的土体位移特征,并详细论述了两者施工对既有地铁区间隧道产生影响的原因与处理措施,可为今后类似工程提供可借鉴的经验。
Pipe jacking as a construction technique for trenchless laying of underground pipelines should be considered to ensure the safety of the surrounding environment when the pipe jacking is adjacent to the existing structures.This paper combined with engineering examples Midas/GTS finite element numerical simulation was used to analyze the deformation and internal force changes of existing subway shield tunnels caused by largediameter pipe jacking and working caisson construction.The influence of ground loss and propulsive force in process of pipe jacking were both considered.The characteristics of soil displacement during pipe jacking and caisson construction were summarized.The causual analysis and treatment measures of the two constructions were discussed in detail for the reference of similar projects.
