装配式混凝土风电塔灌浆保温养护技术应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 保温养护是装配式混凝土风电塔冬季灌浆施工的关键,连接部位是否养护到位将影响塔筒的强度、耐久性和可靠性。装配式混凝土风电塔纵向灌浆缝高耸狭长,对比分析多种保温养护方式,最终确定了电伴热养护方案。通过有限元温度场分析计算,选取电伴热规格、功率、监控系统元器件,并结合工程实际进行了保温养护系统设计。通过案例实践证明该养护技术可有效控制保温区温度,保证养护质量,可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。 Heat preservation and maintenance is the key for grouting construction of assembled concrete wind power tower in winter which affected the strength durability and reliability of the tower tube.The longitudinal seam of wind power assembled concrete tower is long and narrow so that the electric tracing heating scheme was finally determined by comparing and analyzing various ways of heat preservation.Through the analysis and calculation of finite element temperature field the electric tracing specifications power and monitoring system components were selected and the heat maintenance system considering the engineering conditions was designed.It was proved that the maintenance technology could effectively control the temperature of the grouting area and ensure the maintenance quality which could provide references for similar projects.
