摘要 以某空间异型钢拱桥整体竖转施工为技术背景,提出了该工程转体施工的三大关键问题及针对这三大问题提出的解决措施:采用监测预警技术实时感知拱肋受力状态和姿态并实时预警;采用液压同步转体技术控制各拉索索力实现同步张拉进而实现同步转体;采用控制拱肋在加工、转体施工、到位卸载过程的线型以保证拱肋设计线型。本论文研究内容可为类似工程提供参考。 Based on the integral vertical rotation construction of a spatial special-shaped steel arch bridge as the technical background this paper puts forward three key construction technologies as solutions to solve three key problems The monitoring and early warning technology was used to detect the real-time stress state and attitude of arch rib and to give real-time early warning.The hydraulic synchronous rotation technology was used to control the cable forces to realize synchronous stretching and rotation.The line shape of arch rib in the process of processing rotation construction and unloading in place was controlled to ensure the design line shape of arch rib.The research content of this paper can provide reference for similar projects.
