猪流行性腹泻病毒FJLY1703株ORF3基因遗传进化及序列分析

Analysis of the Genetic Evolution and Sequence of the ORF3 Gene on theFJLY1703 Strain of Porcine Epidemic Diarrhea Virus

将PEDVFJLY1703株ORF3基因进行RT-PCR扩增并进行遗传进化和序列分析,结果表明,FJLY1703株ORF3基因核苷酸序列与2010年以后中国变异株的一致性为97.8%~99.6%,与疫苗株CV777的同源性为95.6%。FJLY1703株与疫苗株CV777亲缘性较远,并存在与疫苗株CV777不同的抗原表位。重组分析表明FJLY1703株ORF3基因没有发生重组事件,且易出现变异。

The ORF3 gene of the PEDVFJLY1703 strain was amplified by RT-PCR,and genetic evolution and sequence analysis were performed.The results showed that the nucleotide sequence of the ORF3 gene of the FJLY1703 strain was 97.8%to 99.6%identical to the Chinese variant strain after 2010,which was comparable to the vaccine strain.The homology of CV777 is 95.6%.The FJLY1703 strain is far from the vaccine strain CV777 and has a different epitope from the vaccine strain CV777.Recombination analysis showed that the ORF3 gene of FJLY1703 strain did not undergo recombination events and was prone to mutation.
