摘要
教育者的精神境界源于学校文化的背景,学校文化的价值观决定着教育者的精神境界。通过学校文化建设,用体现学校主题文化的价值观唤醒师生员工的心灵,用价值观凝聚人心,使之产生文化自觉、文化自信和文化自强的追求,共同创建特色文化品牌学校,最终提升每个教育者的精神境界。
Educators develop their ideology in a particular school culture which in turn determines their ideological level.The construction of school culture is aimed at inspiring and uniting the staff by advocating values that represent school theme culture.It will upgrade their spiritual level with an effort to motivate them in their pursuit of cultural consciousness,cultural confidence,and cultural strength so that they work towards the building of a school with distinguished cultural features.
