摘要
为探索音乐心理剧对大学生自我接纳和容纳他人的作用和效果,对天津某高校30名大学生(研究组)实施为期8周的音乐心理剧团体心理辅导,采用自我接纳量表、容纳他人量表进行评估。干预前将研究组与对照组比较,在自我接纳、容纳他人总均分和各因子分上的差异均无统计学意义,干预后研究组和对照组自我接纳量表总均分和自我接纳因子、自我评价因子、容纳他人总均分差异均有统计学意义。研究结果表明音乐心理剧方法对改善大学生自我接纳和容纳他人有明确效果,可以用于大学生心理健康教育。
To explore the effect of musical psychodrama on improving college students’self-acceptance and acceptance of others 30 undergraduates(research group)in a university of Tianjin were given group psychological counseling of musical psychodrama for 8 weeks.The self-acceptance scale and accommodation scale were used to evaluate the intervention.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference between the research group and the control group in each score.After the intervention,the total average score of self-acceptance scale,self-acceptance factor,self-evaluation factor,and the total average score of accommodating others were significantly different between the two groups.Musical psychodrama therapy has a clear effect on improving college students’self-acceptance and acceptance of others,which can be generally used in college students’mental health education.
